Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the set appointment time, or you will be charged 50% of the service. Please contact me within that time to cancel. If it is after hours, it is best to reach me at email. No shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service amount. I understand things happen, so please contact me with concerns or questions. I have a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you fail to show after 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount. If there is failure to pay the fees, the client will have to pay for the fees due before being able to reschedule.
